Black Sun Oasis of the Ordo Templi Orientis was chartered in the Valley of Akron, Ohio, and is now physically located in Cleveland, Ohio, and is one of the oldest OTO bodies in the Midwest. Black Sun Oasis is an initiating body of the O.T.O., being chartered to conduct the “Man of Earth” (0′ – III’) Degree initiations of the O.T.O.
